All representatives are regularly exposed to sales tactics, product knowledge, and round-table discussions designed to increase performance. 

Scripts are carefully written to generate prospect interest and to address concerns/objections to the satisfaction of the prospect in order to achieve the sale. 

All representatives are monitored by non-commissioned employees and quality-assurance forms are filled-out for each representative during each shift worked. 

A strong management presence exists on the call center floor at all times and strict adherence to scripts and policies is enforced.
